Please Notice: We understand the importance of getting the music you need in time critical situations. We ship expedited packages Mondays through Thursdays. Please understand that expedited orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 1pm Eastern / Noon Central / 11am Mountain / 10am Pacific in the USA ONLY.

The USPS (Post Office) does not guarantee delivery times for Media Mail or Priority shipments. Fedex, UPS or DHL are the only carriers to guarantee shipments and provide tracking.

These carriers deliver on Mondays through Fridays only.
NO WEEKENDS - NO P.O. BOXES - NO APO - NO OUTSIDE USA

For example, a 1 day Fedex order made on Tuesday afternoon will be processed on Wendsday morning (local Nashville time) and shipped that day, arriving to you on Thursday. A one day Fedex ordered Thursday morning before Noon CST (local Nashville time) is sent on the same day and will arrive on Friday. An order on Friday afternoon is sent on Monday and will arrive on Tuesday afternoon. More details at www.Fedex.com

Depending on your location and other factors, we will utilize Fedex, UPS or DHL as the carrier of your expedited order at our discretion. Please understand that expedited orders require special attention.

  • UP TO 3 Titles only please (no box sets)

  • Daywind product ONLY please.

    Brands and lables other than Daywind cannot be guaranteed available every day for same day shipping.

    Titles with prefixes such as PH- or PM- or PY- can many times be out of stock for a day or two. It is the nature of those providers.

    If a brand other than Daywind is ordered by mistake, we will substitute the same title of the Daywind brand if available in order to fulfill your urgent need.

  • Expedited/Fedex orders are shipped from us on Mondays through Thursdays only. NO FRIDAY EXPEDITED SHIPPING

    Expedited orders made after Noon CST (local Nashville time) Thursdays will not be shipped until the following Monday.

  • Destinations are for continental 48 states only.

    Due to restrictions of certain service locations, our flat rate expedited shipping plans do not include Alaska, Hawaii or USA Commonwealths such as Puerto Rico, Guam or other similar destinations.

  • Be sure to include a daytime AND nighttime phone number so we may immediately contact you if any problems arise.

  • Fedex, UPS and DHL DO NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

  • Deliveries made to street addresses only.

    Sorry, Fedex, UPS and DHL do not deliver to PO BOX or APO.

  • Limit you order up to 3 titles only please.

    Expedited orders including more than 3 titles WILL be delayed or not processed.

      Insurance included. We understand there are times when it absolutely must get to you asap. We also expedite your order first thing above regular orders for that day.

      If you need it by the weekend, You must order by Noon CST ( local Nashville time ) Thursday morning to receive it on Friday.*
  • For Fedex shipped orders, they are pulled along with all the other orders at our normal processing cutoff time. They are separated out and manually fulfilled that day.

    We strive to do our best because your order must be that important to you or you would not have selected expedited service. Your music could be for a time of bereavement, wedding or other special need. We understand this and go to the effort to make as sure as humanly possible it gets delivered to UPS, Fedex or DHL for you to receive it by the next day if ordered before the cutoff time.

    When you are going through the ordering checkout, there will be a selection pull-down menu with the shipping method you wish to select. To avoid delays to your order, please make sure you choose the proper shipping method that applies.
