This flat rate method is the same no matter if you order just one or fifty titles or more. Unlike most companies that add more shipping costs based on quantity, we have one flat fee. The more you order, the more you save.
Orders up to five (5) titles are shipped via USPS 1st class mail. 1st class has a better ship time than Priority in our experience.
Orders for a quantity above five titles are shipped via USPS Media Mail. The vast majority of churches, ministries and large organizations historically have choosen Media Mail for large orders. Insurance Included.
This methodology meets the needs of the vast majority based on the many years of experience we have in serving the accompaniment music needs of our loyal customers.
Box Sets are multiple titles. For example, an America's 25 Favorite box set is four titles in the set. We will calculate accordingly.
Orders usually process and ship in two to three business days depending on the season and amount of orders processed at the time.
Holiday seasons can add a day or two to the processing time. The shipper then delivers according to their own time schedules depending on the season and your location.
According to the USPS, rural area deliveries take more time than larger cities.
In-House Processing times:
Our shipping and handling fees are on a flat rate basis and among the most fair (if not the best) in the mailorder industry.
We hope the explaination listed below of how an order is processed will help you understand what occurs before an order is delivered to the shipper of your choice:
Once your order is made, be sure to make note of your order number that appears on your web browser page. You are automatically sent an invoice that includes your order number within a few minutes. This is to make sure your email address is correct and that you get confirmation of the order. At our office, we receive 3 messages about your order; A message from the bank showing the process was approved, a message from our system showing your order was made and a carbon copy of the confirmation email sent to you just to be sure. The banks never email your card information or store it on our system. We only receive what was ordered, your BILL TO and SHIP TO information and notice that the transaction was approved so we may begin to process the order.
Your order is pulled for processing from our system at our 9am CST cutoff period on the following morning on Mondays through Thursdays. When an order is made on the weekends it is pulled for processing that Monday morning excluding holidays. It is then processed and sorted among the other orders.
The order data is placed into our shipping system. Invoices are printed, shipping lables printed, workorders assembled and printed along with the other hundereds or thousands of titles for that day and the additional days over the weekend. Titles are then proceeded to be pulled from the warehouse. The titles are then brought from the warehouse and checked in for sorting. They are then sorted along with the other hundreds or thousands of titles depending on the traffic at that time. Orders are then placed in shipping. They are packed manually and double checked manually for accuracy. Orders are then sorted according to shipping method and size. Then are loaded into the shipping hoppers. The hoppers are then loaded for transportation to the shipping carrier. They would then be serviced by the shipping carrier for weight and shipping method. At that point, the packages would be in the control of the shipper and out of our control. Then, depending on the the way the shipper proceeds to handle it, your order makes its way to you and arrives when the shipping carrier makes it available.
For Expedited orders, they are pulled along with all the other orders at our normal processing cutoff time. They are separated out and manually fulfilled that day. They are driven to the shipping office and manually checked in. We do not just put them in a drop box somewhere or leave them on the counter. We see that your order is checked in and on its way. We do this because your order must be that important to you or you would not have selected expedited service. Your music could be for a funeral, wedding or other special need. We understand this and go to the effort to make as sure as humanly possible it gets delivered to the shipping carrier for you.

To avoid delays to your order, please make sure you choose the proper shipping method that applies. in the case that an incorrect shipping method is choosen by you, we will adjust your order to the closest equivalent shipping method.
