Soundtracks are liscensed for live performance and not for broadcast or recording. This means when you purchase a soundtrack you are also purchasing a liscense to use it for live performance as you wish.

Playing audio across the internet is considered broadcasting and falls under all the applicable laws that radio and television stations must follow.
